Ross River Athletics Club Night 7 is here, and hurdles are BACK!! This week Program 6 sees our older ages 12+yrs tackle the 200mH, while our younger athletes will be doing the 60mH. As always, any help from parents/caregivers is always appreciated, and as most are aware hurdles night can get a little more hectic than others. So if anyone can get down to the track a little earlier to help our commitee, that would be WONDERFUL. If you are around the track when the hurdles need to go down in height for the age groups, please jump out there to lend a hand! See you all at the track!
