HIGH JUMP- SCISSOR TRAINING 7-11yrs

Any athlete 7-11yrs whether you are just starting out, or wanting to improve on your technique are invited to attend. Dayne from ANQ will be running this training session before our Friday night club night. We thank Dayne for giving our Ross River athletes this opportunity. Also, any of our Level 1 coaches who would like some pointers in training for this event are more than welcome to attend. No need to register, just come down to the track with enclosed shoes, water bottle and the enthusiasm to learn more!!
