Training starts again on 3rd May 2022 at 5pm with our coaches. This training is for registered Ross River athletes from 7yrs up. This week is jumps training. Athletes will be shown the fundamentals and some techniques to help with Long Jump. Please note athletes are not to be dropped off at training. Parent/Guardians need to stay at the track for the duration of training. Please wear closed in shoes and bring a water bottle and towel. See you there!
